Hi,
I am assuming you are new to gdesk. Ok here is what you need to do.
1. Download and install gdesk 0.33e
2. Don't the gdesk design you want and copy it anywhere in your memory card. Gdesk design is .gdd file
3. Start gdesk, it will show blank screen, click anywhere you will get a menu, click design
4. Clicking design will open a menu, now click load a design
5. Browse the .gdd file (gdesk design) that you copy to your memory card
6. Mind you not all what you might have seen in the gdesk design you download will work on your P1i because you might not have all the applications installed as the person who designed the .gdd file. Example he might have a shortcut for coreplayer and if you don't have coreplayer you will see a Blue circle with a ? in it.
7. Again you can tap on the screen, choose design and delete the shortcuts that don't work.
